In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the km779 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. km779 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, place any wager, or access any real-money gaming product on the Platform. 4.1 Supported Payment Methods

km779 processes all financial transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals. The following payment channels are currently supported:

4.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon successful clearing of the transfer, which may take up to 30 minutes during business hours (WIB). km779 does not accept deposits from third parties; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Withdrawals

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

km779 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any Account identified as being used to process or conceal illicit funds will be immediately suspended, and relevant information may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Users must not use the km779 Platform as a vehicle for currency exchange, payment processing, or any transaction unrelated to genuine online gaming activity.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

km779 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus carrying a 10x wagering requirement means that you must place total bets equal to ten times the bonus amount before the bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are limited to one claim per verified individual, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• km779 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant promotion page, all Bonus Funds expire and are removed from a User's Account if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on the km779 sportsbook — including pre-match markets, in-play markets, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are governed by the km779 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error resulting in an incorrect odd being offered, km779 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant Account balances.

6.2 Live Casino
